Products

Addressable Equipment

C-TEC’s market-leading EN54 certified XFP addressable fire panel offers optimum performance at a very competitive price. Available as a cost-effective single loop 16 zone panel in a plastic enclosure or a robust 1 or 2 loop 32 zone metal panel, it offers an array of user and installer-friendly features including powerful 500mA loop drivers, keypad AND keyswitch entry, two programmable conventional sounder circuits, multiple engineer facilities and the ability to interconnect up to eight XFP main panels or eight XFP repeaters onto a two wire RS485 network.  C-TEC’s super-advanced ZFP 1-8 loop touchscreen-controlled fire panels represent a revolution in fire alarm technology.  With the ability to choose from three cabinet sizes, with pre-built off-the-shelf panels or the option to  build your own ZFP using their easy-to-use selection charts. Certified to EN54, its powerful programming tools allow systems to be configured to suit any application, from small ‘one out all out’ systems to large multi-loop networked systems.

Conventional Systems

C-TEC’s market-leading portfolio of conventional fire alarm equipment includes the award-winning CFP range of 2-8 zone fire panels, the ActiV range of fire detectors and a host of useful fire alarm ancillaries and power supplies. In addition to their own UK-manufactured equipment, they are also authorised distributors of a wide range of well-established manual call point, sounder, VAD and specialist detector brands such as Apollo, Hochiki, KAC, Fulleon, FFE, Xtralis and Cranford Controls.

Two Wire Fire Systems

Most conventional fire systems require two pairs of wires per zone: one for detection devices such as fire detectors; the other for alarm devices such as sounders. By using different voltage bands for quiescent and alarm states, C-TEC’s CFP AlarmSense two-wire panel and Apollo’s AlarmSense two-wire components allow detection and alarm devices to be connected on the same pair of supply wires.

Extinguisher Systems

With the growing emphasis on safeguarding property as well as people, the market for automatic fire suppression systems is booming. Comprising a third-party certified three zone automatic extinguisher panel and host of expansion ancillaries, C-TEC’s EP Range has been specifically designed to meet this demand. Ideal for areas housing expensive, dangerous or irreplaceable items of equipment such as computer suites, libraries & art galleries, telecommunication centres, archive storage areas, chemical plants and generator rooms, it includes a wealth of features, many of which are not available on more expensive extinguishing equipment.

Hearing Loop Systems

C-TEC’s best-selling PDA range of hearing loop equipment includes the UK’s widest range of induction loop amplifiers, microphones, connector plates and test equipment. Designed to allow hearing aid users to participate more fully in general conversation and other activities, the range includes a variety of cost-effective kits for use in ticket offices, churches, meeting rooms, lecture theatres, GP surgeries and more – all exceeding the requirements of current British Standards when correctly installed.
