Fire alarms in the UK are typically designed to the BS 5839 standards (Fire detection and fire alarm systems for buildings), however, there are a range of type of systems available and different options for the extent of detection, category of smoke detection and types of alarm. It is essential to ensure that the fire alarm, detection and warning system are specified correctly at the outset to reduce the risk of late changes being required to the system.

All our Computer Aided Design (CAD) work is carried out in house which enables us to amend our design as things change when the job progresses.
